Blaise Pascal Gasabira has over 16 years of experience in the banking sector, where he held several executive positions. He has in-depth strategic management, operational, and leadership experience. He has experience in building strategic partnerships, developing new organizational systems and raising capital.
Before joining RSwitch, he was heading Strategy, Research, M&E, and Resource Mobilization at the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) Plc. Prior to that, he worked for local and regional banks.
He holds an MBA from the African Leadership University School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Rwanda.
Jean Jacques Kajuga has over 12 years of experience in digital payments and financial services. As Chief Operating Officer at RSwitch, he leads the development of Rwanda's payment ecosystem, focusing on enhancing digital customer experience and financial inclusion. His role at Equity Bank Rwanda PLC was pivotal in introducing the bank's online payment gateway. His background includes various strategic positions at Ericsson and an early career stint at MTN Rwanda. Kajuga holds an MBA in Finance and a BSc in IT Applications in Management.
CPA Godfrey Nduwayezu is a motivated and detail oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RSwitch Ltd, an electronic payment Operator. He has over 8 years of an extensive audit & Accounting experience gained from working in various financial institutions in Rwanda. Godfrey has a sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Godfrey is certified Public accountant CPA(R) &ACCA Candidate; he also holds Masters of Financial
Engineering from World Quant University; Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Rwanda.
CPA Godfrey is a Member of institute of Certified Public Accountant of Rwanda (ICPAR).
Ntare Niyomugabo is a technology expert with strong technology capabilities gained over 19 years of Banking Operations, Core Banking Systems and EFT Systems Administration, Cryptography, PersoBureau, Payment Systems design and architecture and consulting.
His career started in Banque de Commerce, Development et d'Industrie in 2002 from where he proceeded to Banque Commerciale du Rwanda later on to Banque populaire du Rwanda, RSwitch, and BPC Banking Technology where he has implemented different payment solutions in Middle East and Africa countries such as Central Bank of Iraq, Societe Monetique Tunisie, Banque de la Republique du Burundi, RSwitch, Banque Populaire du Rwanda, re-architectured and led technical Implementations of RNDPS (Rwanda National Digital Payment System), PCI DSS/PTS Certifications as well as VISA, Master Card and UPI Certifications.
Ntare joined back RSwitch in 2017 as Senior Switch Engineer and has since risen through ranks to become Cards and Payment Systems Manager, Head of Core Systems and Switching, and later Promoted to Chief Technology Officer .
He holds a degree in Information Systems from University Of Lay Adventist Of Kigali with an ongoing Masters in Software Engineering from University Of Hertfordshire England.
